Context & Environment
Within the Marketing Department of TotalEnergies Marketing Cambodia, based in Phnom Penh, you contribute to the affiliate’s marketing activities, covering marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, social media, support for commercial activities, as well as operational support.
As part of its digital transformation, the subsidiary is developing new tools and processes aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, improving data utilization, and supporting decision-making. The Marketing Department plays a central role in this initiative by leading digital projects and developing marketing and commercial performance analysis.

Activities
Your main missions:
- You identify digitalization opportunities within marketing and operational activities.
- You study and propose digital solutions tailored to the subsidiary's needs.
- You participate in the implementation of digital transformation projects related to operations and marketing activities.
- You ensure coordination between internal teams, regional support functions, and external partners involved in the projects.
- You analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and measure the effectiveness of actions carried out across different digital channels.
- You collect, leverage, and analyze marketing and commercial data in order to produce dashboards and reports.
- You develop improvement recommendations based on observed results and performance indicators.
- You prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials intended for management.
Candidate Profile
You hold at least a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Digital Business or Marketing, with a strong interest in Data Analytics.
You have initial professional experience in Digital Business and Marketing.
You have skills in:
• digital transformation;
• digital marketing;
• project management;
• data analysis;
• marketing and commercial performance analysis;
• reporting and KPI monitoring.
You are proficient in the following tools:
• Power BI or similar tools (mandatory);
• social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms);
• Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools or additional digital solutions is an asset.
Knowledge of the Adobe Suite or Uberall is appreciated and may be further developed in the role.
A C1 level of English is required. A minimum B1 level of French is also required.
Knowledge of the energy sector is an additional advantage.
