At Eni, we are looking for a Digital Expert to join Eni Plenitude France. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will define, manage and optimise the global paid digital acquisition strategy, with a clear objective of driving profitable growth, developing online sales and maximising ROI.
This role combines strategic vision, performance management and a strong test-and-learn culture in a highly business-oriented, data-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
Digital Acquisition & Performance
- Define and drive a multi-channel acquisition strategy to maximise online sales
- Manage paid media (SEA, Social, Display, Retargeting) with agencies
- Oversee affiliates and comparison platforms
- Run commercial campaigns and track impact on sales, conversion, churn and profitability
- Monitor KPIs and manage budgets with a strong ROI focus
Collaboration
- Work with teams developing new acquisition tools and capabilities
- Optimise SEO contribution with the Organic team
- Partner cross-functionally (commercial, data, product, UX, tech)
Innovation & Growth
- Test and scale new acquisition channels, tools and formats
- Build strategic partnerships to drive growth
- Embed a strong test-and-learn culture
Skills and experience required:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing
- Strong strategic vision across paid and organic acquisition channels
- Expertise in paid media channels (SEA, Social Ads, Display)
- Strong business and performance orientation (CTA, ROAS, LTV)
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets and external agencies
- Strong data-driven mindset, with solid understanding of KPIs
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work in an international environment
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- Agility, curiosity, and strong interest in test-and-learn approaches
- High level of autonomy and accountability
