What’s the role
As an HR Operations Advisor, you’ll deliver HR services and employee support that enable efficient business operations and a positive employee experience. You’ll work with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues to manage HR transactions, maintain accurate employee records, and resolve queries related to employee lifecycle processes. You’ll help ensure compliance, data integrity, and timely service delivery while supporting continuous improvement across HR operations. You'll join a collaborative team focused on providing reliable, customer-focused HR support across Shell's global workforce.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage employee and line manager queries related to time management, rewards, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems to support data integrity and reporting requirements.
• Deliver time and absence administration activities, including leave management, work schedules, and holiday calendar updates.
• Ensure compliance and payroll accuracy through data validation and timely processing of employee transactions.
• Process job and organizational changes, including promotions, transfers, and other employee data updates.
• Prepare and issue employee-related documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support employees during key career and lifecycle moments through efficient administration and responsive service.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
This role follows a night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PH Time) and a hybrid work setup with 3 days of RTO per week.
What you bring
Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Experience supporting HR operations, employee services, or HR administration activities.
• Experience using HR information systems and maintaining employee records.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
