KBC Enter is a paid entry program for graduates and junior profiles at the start of their career in banking and finance with a focus on back-office processes, technology and adaptability.

What to expect:
- 4 weeks of structured training (online & onsite)
- introduction to multiple finance and banking teams
- placement into a junior / entry-level full-time position
- full employee contract and benefits from day one
- you won’t be just observing - you’ll start working with real tasks early on
- most roles involve working with financial data, processes or reporting - depending on the team you join.

Your skills and background:
- English and Czech (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an economic focus (finance, banking, business, or related fields)
- analytical mindset and ability to think in context
- curiosity about automation, data or AI
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- previous experience in finance or banking is an advantage, not a must

- purely administrative work or rigid career paths
