We are looking for an experienced Technical Developer who will help design, develop and enhance solutions within a Data Warehouse and reporting environment.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects and developers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support business objectives. Besides development activities, you will actively participate in technical analysis, solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is suitable for a developer who enjoys understanding business needs, taking ownership of solutions and growing towards broader responsibilities within the data and analytics domain.
What to expect:
- Design, develop and maintain applications, integrations and data solutions using Python and Java.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical analysis and solution design activities.
- Work with Data Warehouse platforms and relational databases, including Teradata, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Support development of reporting and analytical solutions.
- Contribute to data processing, data quality and system integration initiatives.
- Take ownership of selected components and ensure their reliability, maintainability and performance.
- Participate in backlog refinement, effort estimation and technical planning activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities for automation, optimization and process improvements.

Your skills & experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with Python and/or Java development.
- Good understanding of software design principles and application architecture.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive tasks to completion.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across different domains.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a Data Warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
