What role will you play?
In this role you will lead a team of engineers while taking ownership of the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of the products and platforms your team supports. You will work hands-on with code, guide technical decisions, mentor engineers and lead complex engineering initiatives across teams. You will also help build a high-performing and inclusive team culture that supports quality, reliability and continuous improvement.What you offer
- Strong technical background in software engineering, ideally with Java.
- Proven ability to lead complex engineering initiatives and work effectively in collaborative teams.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable and high-performing web applications in an Agile environment.
- Computer science qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
