Our Group Reporting team in Sydney collaborates across a dynamic, high‑performing function responsible for financial, regulatory, and management reporting. You will join a team where your perspective, ideas, and passion contribute to shaping and supporting Macquarie’s central finance capabilities. What role will you play?

You will partner with teams across Macquarie to manage financial, regulatory, and management reporting deliverables and support a range of business‑as‑usual compliance processes and projects. You will drive the preparation of key reporting outputs for internal board and governance committees, while leading or contributing to financial reporting initiatives. Your role will also involve engaging with external auditors and legal advisers, and identifying opportunities to improve and automate operational processes to enhance efficiency and control.
