What role will you play?
This role is responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy across a portfolio of commercial brokers and aggregators, with a focus on identifying, onboarding and growing relationships with high-value brokers to drive lending volume. Working closely with brokers, you will leverage your commercial credit expertise to position tailored lending solutions for their clients while maintaining a strong presence in the market to proactively source new relationships and opportunities. You will manage a designated broker portfolio and lending pipeline, consistently delivering against settlement, conversion, quality and compliance targets, and partner closely with broker relationship managers and credit teams to ensure seamless outcomes for brokers and their clients.What you offer
- Proven success in a commercial broker BDM or commercial broker banker role.
- Demonstrated track record of settling significant annual lending volumes.
- Strong existing broker network and ability to leverage relationships to generate new opportunities.
- Deep understanding of commercial lending structures, credit assessment and risk principles.
- Highly commercial mindset with a strong focus on business development, pipeline management and execution.
- Natural hunter mentality with the drive to build market presence and win new business.
