What role will you play?
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will analyze business processes, design solutions, assist in the development and execution of test plans, and create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories. In addition, you will also be responsible in training and assisting end-users on the new dashboards and features.What you offer
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or any related field with at least 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Experience in using SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience to Google Cloud Platform and AI is advantageous
- Strong UX and customer-centric mindset with experience identifying user needs and translating them into intuitive digital experiences.
- Experience developing user stories, process maps, wireframes and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Demonstrative experience in project management and coordination across multiple teams and time zones.
