What role will you play?
You will provide support to senior directors, business groups and support teams on corporate governance, company secretarial practice, company law and internal policies. You will manage end-to-end entity governance for a portfolio of Singapore entities, including regulated entities, with opportunities to support entities across South‑East Asia and contribute to global policy, process improvement and innovation initiatives.What you offer
- 3+ years’ experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role
- Membership of the Chartered Governance Institute or the Singapore Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, or a legal qualification
- Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory, regulatory and company compliance requirements
- Experience acting as a named company secretary for multiple entities
- Fluent written and spoken English, with fluency in an additional language an advantage.
