What role will you play?
As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in shaping high‑quality financial advice for clients with complex circumstances. You will partner closely with Private Bankers and specialists to develop personalised advice documents, perform detailed financial modelling and ensure advice meets regulatory standards. Your work will directly contribute to delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes while improving processes and ways of working across the team.What you offer
- 5 + years extensive experience in a paraplanning role, with a strong background supporting complex financial advice for high‑net‑worth clients
- Advanced capability in XPLAN and experience using Salesforce, with confidence handling detailed financial data and modelling
- A strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies and Australian regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of producing accurate, compliant and well‑structured advice documents
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with senior professionals and contribute constructively to team outcomes.
