Join our Reward Advisory team supporting Macquarie Asset Management, a leading global asset manager, trusted by institutions, individuals and communities to responsibly manage approximately $A722.1b in assets, employing over 1,700 people operating across 19 markets. Our team partner with stakeholders across a fast-paced, global, matrix organisation, providing insight-led advice and supporting the delivery of remuneration outcomes aligned to business strategy.

What role will you play?

You will partner closely with People & Culture Partners, business leaders and Reward peers around the globe to deliver reward advice and projects, including the annual remuneration review, business hiring and continuous improvement initiatives, whilst executing on strategic priorities throughout the reward cycle.

Drawing on your understanding of market practices, relevant regulations, and remuneration data, you will provide timely, insight-led advice and recommendations to People & Culture and business stakeholders to influence our remuneration approach and outcomes, ensuring alignment to commercial priorities.

You will leverage strong analytical capability to design and maintain data models that support reward analysis, forecasting and reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making and reinforce competitive positioning.
