What role will you play?
In this role, you will provide operational support to the Equity Trading and Derivatives business, covering a broad range of listed and unlisted equity products across global markets (Australia, Asia, EMEA, and the US). Working closely with Sales, Trading, Business Management, and Technology teams, you will coordinate and resolve client-related matters to deliver timely and effective solutions. You will also manage post-trade allocations and exceptions, escalate client-impacting issues, and contribute to process improvements, risk mitigation, and project initiatives, including UAT testing.What you offer
• 9-13 years of experience in a middle office, trade support or operations role within financial services. • Demonstrated experience supporting equity derivative products (listed and/or OTC- Over the counter), trade booking and reconciliation systems. • Strong understanding of the equity derivative trade lifecycle, from execution through to settlement. • Strong communication skills dealing with multiple stakeholders including front office and onshore teams. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and data analysis and exposure to prime brokerage operations or equity finance (good to have). • Experience with Alteryx for automation and reporting, ASX-listed bank, investment bank or global markets environment is an advantage.
