What role will you play?
In this role, you will oversee the full corporate action event lifecycle, including cash, non-cash, and elective events for all traded securities. Additionally, you will manage withholding tax obligations, internal reporting, client elections, entitlements, cash events with election management and counterparty claims.What you offer
• Strong background in the financial/banking industry, with 7-10 years of proven expertise within corporate actions• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods, including public holidays, mid, and night shifts
