You will manage standard matters end-to-end and play a key role in ensuring governance, consistency and compliance, while appropriately escalating complex or higher-risk issues. You will support investigations, processes and documentation, in addition to advising on performance, misconduct, grievances and restructures. You will support employee relations transformation initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
