What role will you play?
You will operate, maintain, and enhance physical security systems, including access control, CCTV/VMS, and alarm platforms, to ensure high availability and optimal performance across the organisation. You will monitor system health, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime, while coordinating deployments, upgrades and configurations with internal teams and external vendors. You will also support the installation and commissioning of field devices, ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements, and maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures.In addition, you will collaborate with IT, security teams and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, support automation initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency. You will contribute to knowledge sharing and training, while providing ongoing support to strengthen the organisation’s overall security posture and resilience.
What you offer
- Hands-on experience with physical security systems (access control, CCTV/VMS, alarms) and platforms such as Honeywell ProWatch
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills in high-availability environments
- Experience installing, configuring and maintaining field devices, including coordinating deployments with vendors and internal teams
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and Windows/Linux systems
- Familiarity with system monitoring, compliance requirements, technical documentation and infrastructure layouts, with strong collaboration skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends) and travel as needed to support projects and critical system deployments.
