What role will you play?
In this role you will lead a team responsible for liquidity regulatory reporting and internal liquidity measures. You will drive improvements to data, processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting ongoing transformation and regulatory change. You will also build strong relationships across teams to improve data quality and reduce manual work.What you offer
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and create a culture of innovation and accountability
- Proven experience guiding teams through change as part of transformation programmes
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across central and business teams
- Experience in liquidity reporting, data management and compliance within financial services or another regulated sector
- Ability to improve business processes to deliver high-quality reporting, manage risk and lead change effectively.
