What role will you play?
You will be responsible for providing middle office support to our Equities business including trade capture, allocation, confirmation, reconciliation, pre-match management and settlements monitoring. You will coordinate with our trading desk and clients to manage risks and resolve trade discrepancies, collaborate with static data and Tech teams to resolve complex trade flow issues and perform commission rate updates for clients in a timely manner.In collaboration with our Settlements teams, you will be responsible for failing trades and matching issues while maintaining a strong control environment that ensures all activities adhere to Macquarie’s internal policies and regulatory compliance. In addition, you will identify and deliver process improvements to enhance controls, efficiencies and our client experience as well as provide input in improving operational robustness and risk reduction.
What you offer
- 4+ years’ experience in Global Equities Middle Office operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and people management skills
- Change management and transformation experience using Alteryx and Power BI is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Forward thinking risk mindset and an understanding of operational controls
- Experience with Omgeo CTM and ALERT is an advantage.
