What role will you play?
As Regional Head, Americas – Corporate Strategy and Solutions, you will lead our Americas team and serve as a member of our global leadership team. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Macquarie Asset Management, Macquarie Capital, Commodities and Global Markets and Central Service Groups to shape strategic priorities, accelerate growth and deliver transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence key business decisions through rigorous analysis, commercial insight and practical recommendations. You will help leaders identify growth opportunities, navigate complex challenges and deliver initiatives that create long term value.You will work across a broad range of strategic priorities, including business growth, operating model design, organizational effectiveness and large scale transformation. You will also help businesses identify and realize opportunities created by artificial intelligence, data and digital innovation, translating ideas into measurable outcomes. Alongside your business leadership responsibilities, you will build and develop a high performing team, foster an inclusive culture and contribute to the future direction of the Corporate Strategy and Solutions function globally.
Salary range for this position: $275,000 – $375,000 / Year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, market data, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and long-term incentive opportunities.
What you offer
We are looking for a strategic and commercial leader who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong relationships and delivering outcomes.- 10–12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or a related leadership role, with experience at a leading management consulting firm highly regarded
- Experience advising senior executives and influencing strategic and operational decision making
- Experience leading complex transformation programs from strategy through execution
- Exposure to artificial intelligence strategy, digital transformation, technology enabled business change or related disciplines
- Experience developing high performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture
