What role will you play?
In this role, you will drive the strategic transformation of client and counterparty data across CGM, including the delivery of a modern MDM capability, large-scale data remediation, and a client insights function. You will provide leadership across data quality, governance, analytics, and regional team management while balancing strategy and execution. • Bachelor degree or above with 13+ years of extensive experience in client data / counterparty data management, data governance, data quality, or MDM implementation, large-scale transformation and remediation programmers • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines • Strong understanding of: Data architecture, lineage, and control frameworks. • Proven track record of: Leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, Building and managing large teams, Delivering data platforms, dashboards, and analytics solutionsWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
