What role will you play?
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to core projects, develop new modules, enhance processes, and ensure application quality and stability. You will apply AI-assisted development to improve engineering practices, build automation frameworks, and strengthen system reliability. Working closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA, and engineering team, you will turn requirements into scalable solutions and enhance delivery through modern, iterative approaches. You will also collaborate with business units to deliver impactful results while growing in an innovative, team-focused environment.What you offer
• 2–4 years of software engineering experience with strong Agile development knowledge • Strong experience in Python, React, and SQL for building modern web applications • Hands-on use of AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) in development workflows • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to automate testing, improve system reliability, and support production environments • Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutionsWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
