What role will you play?
In this role, you will support the delivery of events of all sizes across in person, hybrid and virtual formats, using Cvent or similar event management platforms and Zoom. You will partner with senior team members to help shape and deliver event projects, while coordinating key activities including venue research, pre event planning, budget management, transportation logistics, and invoice processing. You will also contribute to post event reporting to help measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.Salary range for this position: $70,000-$80,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer
- 1–2 years’ of experience in event marketing or a similar role; experience in financial services or a corporate environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications, or previous experience in a similar event management role (minimum 3 years), with flexibility to work outside standard business hours, support weekend events and travel within the US when required.
- Strong organization, time management and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage high workloads, competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach, a willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities, and the ability to think on your feet, solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using Cvent or a similar event management platform, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
