What role will you play?
As a Compliance Officer, you will act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders across Financial Management and People & Engagement, providing practical and commercially balanced compliance guidance on business initiatives, regulatory change programmes and transformation activities. You will help identify and manage compliance risks, support the implementation of regulatory requirements and contribute to the ongoing development of compliance frameworks, monitoring activities and awareness programmes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play an important role in helping the business navigate a dynamic regulatory environment while supporting positive risk and compliance outcomes.What you offer
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, with experience in compliance, legal or risk roles within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, risk management principles and compliance practices, with the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge when required.
- Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and sound judgement, with the ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
