What role will you play?
As a key technical leader, you will define the Salesforce technical vision and take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle, guiding solutions from initial concept through to deployment. You will design and build complex, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and integrations with external APIs and middleware platforms. In addition, you will establish and manage DevOps and CI/CD practices, leveraging tools such as SFDX and GitHub Actions to ensure reliable deployments and strong version control.You will drive engineering excellence through code reviews, unit testing standards, governance best practices, and mentoring development teams to build high-quality, maintainable solutions. Working closely with business analysts, architects, engineers, and product managers, you will also play a critical role in effort estimation, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of business outcomes.
What you offer
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce SOQL.
- Strong background across Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience and Data Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator credentials (equivalent, e.g., Technical Architect).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
