What role will you play?
You will process the settlement of FX transactions and funding of custody accounts related to trade settlements as well as perform stock verification processes, run various reports related to cash projections and other risk related reports. In collaboration with traders, middle office, other internal teams and counterparties/brokers, you will be required to resolve any trade issues.What you offer
- Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills with a high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the aptitude to learn system flows
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with a good understanding of Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work outside of office hours as required
- Good customer service skills with experience liaising with internal and external clients
- Experience in handling payment and FX settlements is an advantage
- Ability to investigate issues and escalate effectively.
