What role will you play?
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in delivering technology and business change initiatives while supporting agile ways of working across the team. You will manage project delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications, while facilitating agile practices that enable teams to deliver successful outcomes. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, you will help translate business requirements into actionable solutions, drive collaboration across stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.What you offer
- 5+ years’ experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar delivery-focused role within a technology environment
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, project and programme management methodologies, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements, understanding business processes, and supporting the delivery of organisational change initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships across diverse teams
- Familiarity with software development practices and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Planner. Exposure to customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Scrum certifications such as Professional Scrum Master or Certified ScrumMaster, would be advantageous.
