We are looking for a Compliance Specialist who will work within the Group Compliance team in charge of supporting the Group Chief Compliance Officer in carrying out the steering and coordination responsibilities within the assigned geographical scope.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- fostering the timely and effective implementation of Group-wide compliance regulations, standards and methodologies across each Group Legal Entity, as well as identifying any misalignments and proactively defining corrective actions, where necessary;
- maintaining regular interaction with the Senior Management of local entities, including CEOs and Regional CEOs (LatAm & Greece), providing advice and recommendations as required.
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- At least 6 years work experience in insurance/financial services industry;
- Experience in international and very challenging projects (in terms of time and delivery);
- Proven analytical skills (including databases management) and information scrutiny/elaboration;
- Advanced use of MS Office (Excel and PPT);
- Strong experience in executive reporting;
- Proficient level of English, other foreign languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German) nice to have;
- Willing to travel on business.

We offer employment at Manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 72K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
