Job Summary
The FX & Cross-Border Commercialization Senior Manager will support the Global FX & Cross-Border Solutions team in driving the commercialization, solutioning, and execution of FX and cross-border (XB) solutions across key markets.
Reporting to the CEMEA Lead of FX Commercialization & Go-To-Market, the role acts as a scaled extension of regional FX leadership: accelerating pipeline conversion, embedding FX within broader XB strategies, and delivering executable client solutions.
Positioned at the intersection of commercial, solutioning, and operations, the role combines deep FX expertise with a strong understanding of the XB landscape to support both FX-led engagements and broader cross-border advisory discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive FX and cross-border pipeline development with regional and cross-functional teams, integrating FX into broader XB strategies and client value propositions
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities aligned to client needs and market dynamics; support deal strategy, client narratives, and commercialization materials
- Partner with Sales, BD, Product, VCA, MS&A and Solutioning teams to assess client requirements and design FX and XB solutions (e.g., multi-currency, settlement, treasury, travel propositions and DCC/MCP)
- Act as an FX subject matter expert across solutioning, advisory engagements, and RFPs, contributing to competitive positioning while engaging specialists as needed
- Support FX-led and broader cross-border advisory discussions, embedding FX into end-to-end client strategies and identifying opportunities beyond FX
- Manage end-to-end execution, including stakeholder alignment, internal approvals, pipeline tracking, and resolution of execution bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain playbooks, trackers, and documentation to drive consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, or consulting, with exposure to FX, cross-border, or treasury-related solutions
- Strong understanding of FX products, multi-currency solutions, settlement flows, and the cross-border payments landscape
- Experience in client-facing roles across commercialization, business development, or solutioning
- Proven ability to assess client needs and translate them into commercially viable solutions
- Experience working across Sales, Product, and Operations teams in a matrixed, cross-regional environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track execution, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
