Solutions Delivery-Canada is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.
Solutions Delivery Canada develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies, SAP, Hadoop, ETL, BI and Lotus Notes. Solutions Delivery Canada has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. Solutions Delivery Canada comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.
Work you'll do
As a Salesforce Technical Specialist on the Solutions Delivery-Canada team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that align to business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce applications, including solutions involving Lightning and Wave Analytics.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead and support day-to-day development activities, including code reviews, unit testing, release support, and deployment activities.
- Define technical evaluation criteria, recommend technology approaches, and contribute to coherent end-to-end systems design.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, status meetings, documentation, issue resolution, and project execution reviews.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 6-7 years of experience in Force.com design and development
- Experience across the full solution lifecycle for Salesforce applications, including solution definition, development, testing, release, and deployment
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce Agentforce Builder, SOQL, web services, XML, JavaScript, and HTML
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, including security, profiles, workflow rules, and multiple Salesforce objects
- Experience using ANT migration tools and Salesforce packaging
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Preferred:
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK
