Deloitte Innovation & Delivery Transformation is looking for a Senior Manager with Product Management skills to help the Life Sciences Knowledge Center team support Deloitte’s ambition to shape the agenda and deepen relationships with C-Suite level executives at our clients.

The Life Sciences Knowledge Center will be a central team that utilizes market knowledge and industry data to identify and assess macro trends shaping the performance of the life sciences industry. The team will work with Deloitte leaders serving our large Life Sciences accounts to develop executive level narratives about our clients’ business and corporate strategy. The team will also lead development of critical data-driven tools and accelerators to elevate our project delivery and enhance POVs that we take to our clients.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, equity research or investment banking focused on the life sciences industry
- 10-15 years of experience in Life Sciences
- Ability to develop and present senior executive level insights and presentations for the life sciences industry
- Executive presentation skills and ability to manage and influence senior leaders
- Familiarity working with corporate financial data, including Life Sciences industry specific datasets
- Understanding of the macro trends in the healthcare industry and intersection points between ecosystem players
- Interest and experience in building and leading teams
- A desire to be part of an entrepreneurial and fast paced team environment
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary interface between knowledge center and Deloitte leaders serving our large life sciences accounts
- Work with Deloitte account leaders and executive advisors to develop plans for engaging with key executives
- Lead periodic development of key narratives on life sciences corporate strategy and industry trends
- Guide development of corporate strategy insights dashboard and other tools to help Deloitte leaders gain insights into our client’s business
- Lead offshore knowledge center team
- Coordinate across life sciences/healthcare teams to share learning and best practices
- Establish pan industry frameworks to discuss emerging client needs
