Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant with 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Web SDK, and customer journey reporting.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineering teams, and developers to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale customer analytics solutions, enabling organizations to derive actionable insights from omnichannel customer interactions.

1. Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Implementation:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for websites and mobile applications
• Design scalable reporting data views aligned with business KPIs
• Configure Connections, Data Views, Metrics, Dimensions, Filters, and Calculated Metrics
• Develop customer journey reports, attribution models, fallout analysis, flow visualizations, and cross-channel dashboards
• Validate data ingestion and reporting accuracy across multiple data sources

2. Digital Analytics Implementation:

• Work on Adobe Analytics implementations using:
• Adobe Web SDK
• Adobe Launch (Data Collection Tags)
• Data Layer implementation
• Configure events, eVars, props, merchandising variables, and processing rules
• Validate implementations using Adobe Experience Platform Debugger

3. Customer Journey Analytics & Insights:

• Build reports analyzing:
• Customer acquisition
• Engagement
• Conversion funnels
• Drop-offs
• Customer retention
• Multi-touch attribution
• Develop Workspace dashboards for executive and operational reporting
• Perform cohort analysis, segmentation, and pathing analysis
• Translate business questions into measurable KPIs

4. Data Integration & Validation:

• Work with data engineering teams to integrate data from:
• CRM
• Adobe Real-Time CDP
• Mobile Apps
• Websites
• Other enterprise systems
• Validate data quality, completeness, and identity stitching
• Troubleshoot discrepancies across AEP and CJA

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Gather analytics requirements from business teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct solution walkthroughs and client demonstrations
• Provide recommendations for improving digital measurement strategies

6. Documentation & Best Practices:

• Solution Design Reference
• Technical Specifications Document
• Business Requirements Document
• Test Cases
• Establish governance standards for analytics implementations

8. Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

• Recommend improvements to customer journey measurement
• Optimize reporting performance
• Support migration from Adobe Analytics to CJA where applicable
• Identify opportunities to leverage additional Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities

9. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):

• Configure datasets, schemas, identities, namespaces, and datastreams
• Work with XDM schema design and data modeling
• Support Real-Time Customer Profile enablement
• Configure identity stitching and profile merge policies
• Support data ingestion through:
• Web SDK
• Batch ingestion
• Streaming ingestion
• Source connectors

10. Solution Design & Architecture:

• Lead solution design discussions for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations.
• Define scalable analytics architectures, data models, and customer journey measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Recommend best practices for digital analytics implementation, identity resolution, and data governance across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

11. Technical Solutioning & Consulting:

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Conduct solution workshops and provide functional and technical guidance to clients.
• Evaluate implementation approaches, identify trade-offs, and recommend optimal solutions based on business and technical considerations.
• Support estimation, solution planning, and technical proposal development for new engagements.

12. Debugging & Troubleshooting:

• Lead troubleshooting of complex implementation issues across Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Data Collection.
• Perform end-to-end debugging using Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, browser developer tools, network request analysis, and Web SDK logs.
• Identify and resolve issues related to data collection, XDM mapping, identity stitching, reporting discrepancies, and customer journey data validation.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

13. Technical Leadership:

• Mentor consultants and analysts on Adobe Experience Cloud implementation best practices.
• Review solution designs, tracking specifications, implementation artifacts, and technical documentation.
• Drive adherence to implementation standards, governance, and coding best practices.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to capability development within the Adobe practice.

Core Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
• Hands-on experience implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Experience working in enterprise digital transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including Connections, Data Views, Analysis Workspace, Metrics, Dimensions, Calculated Metrics, Filters, Attribution Models, Visualizations, Segment Comparison, Customer Journey Reporting, Data Dictionary, and Workspace dashboard development
• Strong experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting, including Analysis Workspace, eVars, Props, Events, Processing Rules, Marketing Channels, Classifications, Virtual Report Suites, Segmentation, Calculated Metrics
• Experience with Adobe Data Collection (Adobe Launch), including Web SDK, Tags, Rule Configuration, Data Elements, Extensions, Environment Management, Library Publishing, ACDL Implementation, XDM Mapping, Consent Configuration, Identity Service Integration, and AEP Debugger
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM schema design, identities, datasets, datastreams, Real-Time Customer Profile, data ingestion, source connectors, sandboxes, governance, and Query Service
• Experience leading end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementation projects across multiple workstreams
• Strong experience in client consulting, solution architecture, technical solutioning, and implementation governance
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex analytics implementations and resolving production issues
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading technical design discussions
