Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer/Consultant with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing technologies and customer engagement platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The candidate should possess strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable, data-driven customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Design, develop, and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Configure and manage real-time customer journeys, event-triggered communications, and audience-based campaigns.
- Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and third-party systems.
- Build and manage audiences, segments, schemas, identities, and datasets within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Develop personalized customer experiences using profile attributes, behavioral events, and business rules.
- Configure decision management, offers, content personalization, and journey orchestration.
- Design and implement APIs, event ingestion, streaming data pipelines, and external integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform solution design, technical documentation, code reviews, and deployment planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot journey execution issues.
- Optimize customer journeys based on analytics, customer behavior, and business KPIs.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership during project execution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), customer journey orchestration, and personalization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certifications in Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience with Adobe Target personalization.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign migration projects.
- Knowledge of customer identity management and consent management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation best practices.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
