Your work profile
- Relevant experience of 6 - 9 years of experience
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify that the physical assets (machinery, structures, pipelines, etc.) exist and match the technical specifications provided in books of accounts.
- Review construction progress against engineering drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project schedules to ensure work claimed has actually been performed.
- Evaluate whether materials used and construction methods employed comply with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, BIS) and contract specifications.
- Investigate the technical causes of project delays and cost escalations.
- Assist in investigations regarding structural failures, equipment malfunctions, or suspected substandard material usage.
- Ensure that engineering processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations are being strictly followed by clients/contractors.
- Deep understanding of [Civil: structural integrity, soil mechanics, concrete technology / Mechanical: thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, rotating equipment, HVAC] as per the specific role.
- Ability to use surveying equipment or digital tools to verify dimensions and volumes.
- Knowledge of material properties to identify aging, corrosion, or substandard components.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- SAP Experience
