Responsibilities
• Design high-impact, on-brand graphics, animations, and visual assets for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Translate messaging, briefs, and campaign objectives into clear, engaging, channel-appropriate visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with social media, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Adapt and optimize creative across formats, including static posts, motion graphics, stories, and carousels.
• Stay current on social media and design trends while proactively contributing ideas to enhance content effectiveness.
• Ensure all social creative aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and quality standards.
• Develop layouts, typographic treatments, and creative concepts that drive engagement and performance.
• Participate in planning meetings with stakeholders to understand the business priorities and timelines while maintaining organized workflows, managing files, and ensuring efficient team handoffs.
• Provide flexible design support for broader creative services needs, including campaigns, presentations, digital ads, email graphics, and other materials as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in graphic design, or a creative marketing role with a strong focus on digital and social media content
• Understanding of traditional and digital design principles
• Experience with motion graphics and/or short-form video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first design and digital campaign work
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, formats, trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced marketing or creative services environment
• Ability to prioritize work and perform under pressure of deadlines
• Familiarity with social content creation tools (e.g., CapCut and similar platforms)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Microsoft Office Suit (PowerPoint), digital formats and printing processes
Preferred Qualifications
• Financial services industry experience
• Experience working within established brand systems and guidelines
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and engagement metrics
• Skilled in Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of Accessibility standards for online content (WCAG)
Working Conditions
• Remote office environment
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $60,000-$70,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 7.5% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
