What you'll be doing
- Oversee the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and lifecycle management in HP Asset Manager/ServiceNow.
- Manage hardware procurement and inventory for PCs, notebooks, monitors, MFPs, phones, and related equipment.
- Coordinate IMAC services, vendor contracts, warranties, maintenance, cabling, stock, and staging activities.
- Support budget planning, tender processes, invoice management, and asset-related financial administration.
- Ensure data quality, reporting, compliance, and system visibility using HPAM, ServiceNow, Snow Agent, Eagle, and other ITSM tools.
- Configure and assign end-user devices, manage software and network settings, and coordinate deployment with technical teams.
- Provide end-user support, manage hardware incidents, monitor ticket queues, ensure SLA compliance, and handle escalations through resolution.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal IT teams to drive service quality, continuous improvement, and effective asset utilization.
What you'll need to succeed
Required skills and qualifications: Language Skills- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Italian language is a plus.

- Advanced with MS Office tools Excel, Word, PPT
