Job Summary

The Analyst, RMBI Content and Enablement will be responsible for developing high-quality RMBI content, thought leadership, client materials and internal enablement programmes to support Standard Chartered’s pan-Bank RMB commercialisation agenda. The role will translate RMBI strategy, market developments, regulatory themes and client use cases into practical, reusable materials that help Coverage, Product, WRB and RMBI Champions engage clients and execute RMBI opportunities across the Bank’s network.
The role sits at the intersection of content creation, commercial enablement and ecosystem mobilisation. It is expected to strengthen RMBI knowledge across the Bank, support client and senior stakeholder engagement, and help position Standard Chartered as an industry leader in RMBI through disciplined, consistent and insight-led communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent RMBI content agenda aligned to the Bank’s pan-Bank RMBI strategy, priority markets, client segments, product opportunities and use cases.

• Create reusable content assets that support RMBI Engagement teams, RMBI Champions, Coverage, Product and WRB stakeholders in client conversations and pipeline conversion.
• Maintain content quality, version control and consistency of RMBI messaging across internal and external channels.
• Design and deliver RMBI awareness and capability uplift initiatives, including internal teach-ins, training sessions, champion toolkits and business-specific enablement materials.
• Equip RMBI Champions with practical content, talking points, product narratives and use-case guidance to help drive RMB commercialisation in their respective client segments, products and markets.
• Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of new RMBI Champions, ensuring they understand RMBI priorities, KPIs, operating cadence and available enablement tools.
• Develop training content that helps frontline and product teams understand RMBI opportunities beyond trade and settlement, including hedging, investment, financing and wealth-related use cases.
• Track training uptake, feedback and content usage to continuously improve enablement effectiveness.
• Support CIB teams in preparing compelling, tailored RMBI materials for client meetings, seminars, workshops, webinars and strategic campaigns.
• Partner with Coverage, Product and RMBI Engagement colleagues to identify client pain points and convert them into relevant RMB solution narratives and use cases.
• Provide content and research support for product taskforces, corridor initiatives and strategic RMBI opportunities across the Bank’s network.
• Help package successful RMBI deals, use cases and market initiatives into referenceable case studies and proof points for broader commercialisation.
• Work with Research, CABM, Regulatory & Public Affairs and business stakeholders to develop RMBI thought leadership and market-facing content.
• Support external positioning of Standard Chartered as an RMBI leader through coordinated publications, industry engagement materials, award submissions and media-ready narratives.
