As an Oracle Retail Consultant, you will be part of the design and implementation of Oracle Retail solutions, focusing on Merchandising (RMS), Sales Audit (ReSA), and Invoice Matching (ReIM).
What will your typical day look like?
You will ensure that these systems are meet the needs of a modern retail organization, aligning with business objectives while delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. This role requires good experience in Oracle Retail technologies, as well as a strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, financial auditing, and supplier invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture: Work on the design and implementation of Oracle Retail modules, including RMS, ReSA, and ReIM, to support merchandising, financial auditing, and invoicing processes.
- Solution Design & Development: Design scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions using Oracle Retail applications. Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and develop technical specifications.
- System Integration: Architect and oversee the integration of Oracle Retail solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., financials, e-commerce, ERP, and BI tools).
- Customization & Enhancements: Provide strategic direction on customization of Oracle Retail applications to meet specific client business requirements while maintaining system integrity.

We’re looking for someone with minimum of 3+ years of experience in Oracle Retail solutions with some experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Sales Audit (ReSA), and Invoice Matching (ReIM).
Proven experience in large-scale Oracle Retail implementations, migrations, and integrations is preferred.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Retail suite, including RMS, ReSA, ReIM, and other relevant modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle database, PL/SQL, and Java.
- Experience in integration technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or similar ERP systems.
