Are you an experienced M&A Transaction Services professional who wants to take their M&A career to the next level? Join a market-leading team advising top-tier corporates and global private equity investors on significant M&A transactions in Australia.

About the team


Our Melbourne M&A Transaction Services team focusses on providing strategic insights and advice to market leading clients across a range of sectors, at all stages of the M&A lifecycle. From pre-transaction analysis and due diligence to advising on strategic growth and funding initiatives during the investment ownership period and ultimately to exit. Our team see transactions from end to end.

What will your typical day look like?


As a Manager, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of engagements and help your clients execute complex transactions. You’ll deliver commercial and financial insights through pre-acquisition analysis, financial due diligence, forecast reviews, and leveraging your general financial analysis skills. You’ll also have access to Deloitte M&A’s extensive accelerators and assets, including our iDeal M&A analytics platform and our proprietary AI (AI Analyst).
