Strong analytical skills, asset management experience, fund-structuring judgment, executive communication skills and the ability to independently drive complex product-related initiatives are essential. Leadership with humility, sound judgment, detail-orientation, clear communication and teamwork will be critical to success in this role.

This position reports to the Head of Institutional Product Development and will be part of the broader Newark-based Product Development team, while collaborating closely with PGIM Real Estate colleagues globally.
