ResponsibilitiesAssist and accompany the team in the processing of the day to day activities that comprises of: Processing of inbound and outbound payments from / to settlement systems and correspondent banks. Follow up of account balances and blocked payments. Reimbursement of Letters of Credit, Guarantees. Processing of filtered payments. Special handling of payments after cut-off. Dedicated processing of CLS euro payments. Ad-hoc testing in the production environment. Management of accounting break  ResponsibilitiesProcess the daily operations as per the procedures and rules provided by the management. Participate in the fight against fraud and money laundering. Contribute to the detection and resolution of incidents. Inform the Management in case of any operational difficulties. Participate in training new joiners. Participate in the improvement of quality and updating operational proceduresProfile requiredQualifications: Graduate from a Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration You ideally have a previous experience in the banking or finance industry (At least 1-3 years) You are fluent in English; French knowledge would be highly appreciated. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Level of Autonomy/Competencies : To be able to work together and in close collaboration with Onshore Back Office Teams. Communicate in an international environment with various internal and external clients. Understanding of trade and payment’s end to end process (Front Office, Back Office and Counterparts). To be able to multitask. To escalate on issues whenever necessary.
