In Frankfurt, we are looking for you to join us starting in October in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as Head of Marketing DACH (all genders) at BNP Paribas Asset Management

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Defining, owning, and delivering the regional marketing and communications strategy across Germany, Austria/CEE, and Switzerland, aligned with business objectives
- Acting as a strategic partner to regional and global leadership, leading a multi-country team to build BNPP AM’s brand, reputation, client engagement, and commercial impact
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive marketing team across the DACH & CEE region
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing EMEA and serving as a key member of the regional marketing leadership team
- Defining and delivering the digital and media strategy, and owning BNPP AM’s brand presence and reputation across the DACH region
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, events, and media
- Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-métiers teams to support marketing initiatives and business objectives
- Managing brand positioning and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and communication activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing local marketing activities, events, roadshows, and corporate communications for the DACH region
- Managing marketing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or an equivalent qualification
- Significant senior‑level marketing experience, preferably in asset management or financial services
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a regional or international environment
- Deep practical knowledge of DACH markets and experience developing marketing strategies for institutional, wholesale, or professional client segments
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including an understanding of digital distribution channels and partnerships, social media, and market-specific digital campaigns
- Profound understanding of capital markets and asset management products
- Strategic mindset with excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level required)
