What You'll Do
As the Marketing Coordinator for BCG's Consumer Practice Area, you will play a key role in bringing our marketing strategy to life through high-quality execution of integrated marketing programs and events. Working closely with the Global Marketing Director and Practice Area leadership, you will translate marketing priorities into impactful campaigns that strengthen client engagement and reinforce BCG's position as a thought leader in the Consumer sector.
You will serve as a trusted execution partner, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while collaborating with global marketing teams and stakeholders across the firm. Success in this role requires strong project management, attention to detail, collaboration, and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing experiences.
- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns supporting the Consumer Practice Area's priorities.
- Lead the planning and execution of U.S.-based marketing events, coordinating logistics, communications, vendors, budgets, and post-event reporting.
- Partner closely with Practice Area leadership and the Global Marketing Director to translate marketing priorities into actionable execution plans.
- Manage the Consumer Practice's marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, publications, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Manage and optimize social media activities, including LinkedIn showcase pages and executive thought leadership content.
- Create compelling marketing communications, presentations, newsletters, and digital campaign assets for internal and external audiences.
- Monitor campaign and event performance, develop dashboards and reports, and recommend opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate marketing data across CRM and marketing platforms while supporting measurement, reporting, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with global Marketing Centers of Excellence—including Digital Marketing, Publishing, Production, Analytics, and Social Media—to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and impact.

Monitoring campaign and event performance, analyzing marketing metrics, and translating insights into recommendations that improve future initiatives.
Maintaining high-quality marketing data and supporting accurate reporting across marketing platforms.
Collaborating across teams
Building strong relationships across Practice Area leadership, Marketing Centers of Excellence, and global stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Managing expectations proactively while balancing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
Leveraging marketing technology
Working confidently with digital marketing and collaboration tools, including CRM, email marketing, social media, analytics, and creative platforms to execute and optimize marketing activities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating and executing marketing programs, campaigns, and events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear and engaging marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance metrics and using data to inform recommendations.
- Experience working with marketing technologies such as CRM, email marketing, social media management, or analytics platforms; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprinklr, SHIELD, Haiilo, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong service mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across global, cross-functional teams.

Who You'll Work With
BCG’s Consumer practice area marketing team and the management team consists of business managers and directors, who manage all aspects of the operations of a practice area.
The global BCG marketing teams, consists of centers of excellence on various marketing topics, such as digital marketing, social media, publishing, production etc.
