Purpose


This role contributes to the overall success of the Sales & Partnerships team in Canada, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.


The National Consultant’s mandate is to support and enable two-way referrals between Scotia iTRADE and Scotia Wealth Management & key partner channels. This is expected through the execution and triaging of targeted client offers with partners and participation in special projects. The consultant is also expected to expand Scotia iTRADE’s sales reach through various distribution channels while being assigned to support various business line partners and geographic regions across Canada. The consultant will proactively build brand awareness and provide exceptional sales and service support to partners and clients directly.

Education / Experience

 

Work location: Either Toronto or Montreal.

For Quebec-based candidates: In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere.
