The ideal candidates will:
- drive sustained growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and brokerage volumes
- originate and mobilize funds through liability products and treasury relationships
- expand and deepen institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth client relationships
- strengthen market presence across the Group’s operating platforms

- 5–12+ years’ experience within Asset Management, Stockbroking, Banking, Treasury, or Capital Markets.
- Proven track record at middle or senior management level
- Demonstrated success in AUM growth, brokerage expansion, or treasury-driven fund mobilization
- Strong liability product sales capability
- Treasury Marketing and institutional fund sourcing expertise
- Advanced relationship management and client origination skills
- Well-established professional networks with measurable outcomes
- Solid understanding of capital markets and regulatory environments
