Skills Required
- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst/Consultant in lending (retail/SME/corporate/BNPL).
- Hands-on with LOS/LMS platforms (e.g., FinnOne, Newgen, Credgenics Collections, Scienaptic/Decision engines, or in-house systems).
- Experience with credit bureau integrations, KYC/AML, e‑sign/e‑mandate, payment gateways, account aggregator flows.
- Strong requirements management, process modeling (BPMN), and UAT experience.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies).
Education:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in any field
