Position Summary
Deloitte is seeking a Tax Technology Services Consultant II to support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions that help improve tax operations, reporting, and compliance processes. This role involves working with tax, data, and technology stakeholders to support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing administration of tax technology solutions. The position requires strong execution skills, attention to process detail, and the ability to contribute across multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

As a Tax Technology Services Consultant II on the Tax Technology Services team, you will be responsible for…
- Supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of tax technology solutions
- Assisting with data validation, testing, issue tracking, and resolution across tax technology workstreams
- Preparing functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and status updates for project activities
- Coordinating with tax, technology, and business stakeholders to support solution delivery and process improvement efforts
- Analyzing existing tax processes and identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and standardization

The Tax Technology Services team helps organizations improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of their tax processes through technology-enabled solutions. The team works across tax operations, data, and systems to support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing delivery of technology solutions aligned to client and business needs. Professionals in this group collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve process challenges, support transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Location: Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM ITS
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- SAP SD Certified with Excise Tax/GTS experienced consultant with over 3 + years of SAP SD Functional Experience emphasizes in configuration, implementation, and support of S4/HANA SD Module experience.
- Min 3 Full Lifecycle Implementation experience with successful teamwork.
- Experience in Global Template Preparation and Rollouts.
- Hands on experience on customer master, delivery processing, Shipping & Transportation. Configuration of the Billing Procedures - Individual Billing, Collective Billing, Invoice Split Processing and Inter-company billing and credit management.
- Configured Pricing, Pricing procedure, Condition types, Condition tables, and Access sequences, Condition Records, Condition Exclusions and Condition Supplements. Thorough understanding of various pricing techniques.
- Hands on experience on Collecting requirements, Business Analysis, Gap Analysis, Configuration, customizing interface objects, Testing, User training, Conducting workshops, Performance, Pre, and Post Implementation Support.
- Strong understanding of the SD module's integration with MM / PP and FI/CO modules.
Preferred:
- Managing Major and Minor changes and enhancements efficiently as per the business requirement
- Good experience in the configuration, defect management, testing, documentation, and end-user support phase of the project cycle
- Proficient with enhancements and modifications of the existing functions
- Experience with or having had exposure to (Indirect) Tax Reporting in SAP is a plus
