Finance Transformation
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting Oracle EPCM solution delivery across finance transformation engagements.
- Design and develop Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management applications based on business and functional requirements.
- Build allocation rules, custom calculations, and Groovy business rules to support financial performance analysis and cost management objectives.
- Develop data integration processes using Data Management to load data from Oracle Fusion General Ledger and other Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications.
- Design and build customized reports, dashboards, and Excel-based models; perform data validation, reconciliation, and cross-module integration support.
- Contribute across all project phases from requirements gathering through Hypercare, including end-user training, system performance monitoring, and issue troubleshooting.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 3-7 years of experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service solutions.
- Experience designing allocation rules, data models, and workflows to support financial performance analysis.
- Experience developing data integration processes using Data Management to load data from Oracle Fusion General Ledger and other Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications.
- Experience building allocation and custom calculations and developing Groovy business rules in Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management.
- Experience designing customized reports and dashboards in Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management and developing Excel-based reports, dashboards, and financial models for cost analysis.
- Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, end-user training, and project delivery from requirements gathering through Hypercare.
Preferred:
- Experience with financial planning or cost allocation tools in addition to Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management.
