The KX Asset Publishing and Content Quality Content Services team is looking for highly motivated individuals in the field of publishing, who are adept at interacting with professionals across levels and across the globe, to provide high quality content to the Deloitte member firms win new business.

Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement on the KX Documents Publishing, Content Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Publishing project summaries, thought leadership, and client engagement content to the global knowledge management portal in alignment with defined publishing guidelines
- Summarizing content from project and proposal documents to support targeted content acquisition efforts with Deloitte practitioners across levels and geographies
- Organizing, tagging, and maintaining content to improve searchability, usability, and retrieval within the knowledge management portal
- Reviewing and sanitizing content for confidentiality, intellectual property, and publishing requirements before release to the portal
- Meeting quality, accuracy, and turnaround expectations while supporting duplicate checks, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
The team
The KX Documents Publishing, Content Services team supports knowledge sharing across Deloitte by enabling high-quality content to be published, organized, and maintained in global knowledge platforms. The team works with Deloitte practitioners across geographies to help make project insights, thought leadership, and client engagement materials accessible, searchable, and usable for business development and client service needs. Team members also support content quality, publishing standards, and process improvement efforts that strengthen the overall knowledge experience.
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or postgraduate degree in English, Economics, Literature, or Library Sciences
- 0–2 years of experience in publishing, content operations, knowledge management, business writing, or a similar content-focused role
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience writing, editing, summarizing, or reviewing business content in English
- Experience organizing, tagging, classifying, or maintaining content in a repository, portal, or content management environment
- Experience reviewing content for confidentiality, intellectual property, or publication requirements
- Ability to work 11 AM to 8 PM, with flexibility during peak periods
Preferred:
- Experience supporting content publishing for thought leadership, proposals, or client engagement materials
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Experience performing content quality checks, duplicate reviews, or metadata validation
- Experience supporting process improvement or automation initiatives
