Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. This individual will provide architectural leadership, strategic guidance, and technical expertise to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of Power Platform capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership
- Define and oversee the end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
- Establish architectural patterns, reusable components, and frameworks that promote consistency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Provide technical oversight throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and support.
- Designing, developing, and delivering customized solutions that address specific client requirements.
- Interpreting business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions using Power Platform tools.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with overall project objectives.
- Conducting comprehensive testing to validate functionality and enhance user experience.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and proactively resolving issues throughout the implementation process.
- Strategically analysing, planning, and executing project tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Guide development teams in the delivery of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, Power BI (dashboards, data modelling, visualization, and governance), and Power Virtual Agents.
- Ensure high-quality integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale applications using Power Platform, integrating with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure, and external systems.
- Oversee all technical aspects of solution delivery, ensuring best practices, scalability, and compliance with Microsoft standards.
- Governance & Compliance
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks, including environment strategy, security models, data loss prevention policies, and application lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and information security policies.
- Advise leadership on licensing, platform optimization, and enterprise adoption strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Power Platform solutions within the enterprise.
- Conduct executive-level presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional IT experience, including at least 4–6 years of hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Proven track record of leading solution architecture in complex, global, or highly regulated environments.
- Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Prior involvement in solution deployment strategy, governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Power Platform.
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, technical teams, and business users.

- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Other relevant Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 certifications

- Expertise in API integration, custom connector development, and middleware technologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Prior experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise-scale delivery frameworks.
