Your work profile:
As a Senior Consultant (PMO) in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives critical to success:
- Lead data quality assessments with business stakeholders to identify critical data issues
- Develop detailed project plans for data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment activities, prioritizing remediation efforts based on business impact, regulatory requirements, and operational risk assessments
- Co-ordinate with multiple teams for data remediation
- Provide regular updates to Wealth Management leadership and Program Management on remediation progress, data quality metrics, and risk mitigation status
Functional and Technical Skills:

Domain / Functional: Basic Capital Markets Knowledge, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, PMO tasks including reporting to senior stakeholders, budget ownership.

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite.
Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Strong presentation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills, and a go-getter attitude.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management Lifecycle.
Education:
- B.Tech/ MBA/BE/MCA
Certifications (Preferred):
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
